Fenwick is one of the oldest retail names in the UK. Founded in 1882, the original Newcastle shop is one of the largest independent department stores in the country.
Still owned by the Fenwick family, the business is committed to providing customers with unparalleled choice, quality and service. Over time, their brand had become fragmented. Fenwick commissioned us and refresh their brand vision and strategy that would encapsulate their vison and values.
Facilitating a series of workshops with management, we underwent an extensive consultation programme which informed our thinking and allowed us to accurately define their essence of the brand. We then developed a set of visual identity guidelines to help outline a clear, logical and distinct market position for Fenwick.
