Established in 2012, Frontline has already made a significant difference to the profile and perception of social work in the UK. Through their pioneering recruitment programme, high calibre graduates are now actively targeting social work as a rewarding and fulfilling career choice.
We have worked with Frontline for a number of years. Outputs include developing brand guidelines to provide a benchmark for quality and consistency across all communication channels. We have also designed and implemented internal communications collateral and external recruitment campaigns including outdoor, direct mail and radio.
